The N(X)PG series of concentrated and rare tanks produced by our company are reasonable in design and advanced in technology, and fully meet the national GMP certification requirements. The tanks are all of a vertical double-layer structure with a liner finish of Ra0.45 um. The inner spiral winding belt is heated by steam or cooled by cooling water, and is filled with pearl cotton or polyurethane material for heat preservation. The outer insulation board is mirror-finished or matte polished, and the tank body has the same gloss. All parts in contact with the liquid are made of S31603, and the rest are made of S30408. The bottom of the inner tank body is concave-convex type, adopting partial wall axial flow agitation, and the top of the tank body is designed with water inlet, return port, disinfection port, cleaning ball, manhole feeding port, sampling port, temperature probe and liquid level sensor. Equipped with control cabinet operation, the instrument displays the temperature and liquid level of the liquid medicine, and provides upper and lower limit alarms. According to user requirements, the rare tank can increase the nitrogen filling device and the pH meter.
