The concentrator is suitable for concentration of liquid materials such as traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine, starch soup, and dairy products, and is especially suitable for low temperature vacuum concentration of heat sensitive materials.
Features
1. Energy-saving benefits, calculated according to SN I-1000 type, saving about 2,500 tons of steam per year, saving about 70,000 tons of water, saving about 60,000 yuan of electricity, and depreciating RMB 8-10 million, (compared with single effect)
2 The concentrator adopts a natural-type circulating evaporation method with negative pressure and external heating, and the evaporation speed is fast, and the concentration ratio is large, up to 11-1.3 (general Chinese medicine extract).
3. The concentrator uses two effects to simultaneously evaporate, and the secondary steam is used. The total energy consumption is reduced by 40% compared with the single-effect concentrator. The annual energy saving fee can recover the entire investment of the concentrator.

The appearance is beautiful, the heater and the evaporator are all provided with heat preservation, and the external stainless steel plate is used for making the outer casing, and the surface is mirror-finished or matt-treated.
According to the customer's request, we launched a two-effect energy-saving concentrator with a vacuum-collecting type. In the normal concentration process, the valve connecting the nozzle and the circulation tube of the heating chamber and the evaporation chamber is closed. The material is introduced into a first-effect evaporation chamber and heated by a jacket of an effect evaporation chamber, and concentrated under normal pressure or concentrated under reduced pressure in an algae hair chamber to obtain a concentrated paste having a higher specific gravity (1.35-1.45).
